Medical Marijuana Laws in Rhode Island

Medical marijuana is legal in Rhode Island under the Edward O. Hawkins and Thomas C. Slater Medical Marijuana Act. Registered patients may possess no more than 2.5 ounces of usable marijuana for medical purposes & patients can grow up to 12 plants.
